Our standing
Our standing is the Holy Scriptures alone – not any traditional interpretation, but the pure Word of God.
Our standing is Christ, the living rock, the cornerstone, the Head of the Body, and the life, content, and reality of the church.
Our standing is the genuine oneness of the Body of Christ. We are neither sectarian nor denominational, nor nondenominational or interdenominational.
Our faith
We believe that the Bible is the unique and complete revelation of God, through which He shows Himself to us and speaks to us. God is eternally one, yet also the Father, the Son, and the Spirit. In Christ He became a man in order to redeem humanity and reconcile it to Himself through His life, death, and resurrection. Through the Spirit, God works in the believers so that they may experience His salvation, grow in fellowship with Him, and ultimately live with Him for eternity in the New Jerusalem.
Our name
“The church in Munich” is not our official name; it is simply a description expressing that we meet as believers in the city of Munich and welcome all genuine followers of Jesus Christ. This follows the pattern of the New Testament (Acts 8:1; 13:1; Rom. 16:1).
And He took a loaf and gave thanks, and He broke it and gave it to them, saying, This is My body which is being given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.
